Eva is a guide whose life has been shaped less by certainty than by the courage to walk into the unknown. Rather than following conventional definitions of success, she has repeatedly chosen paths that brought her closer to nature, indigenous wisdom, authentic human connection, and ultimately herself.
Her life represents an ongoing journey of remembering rather than becoming. She believes that human beings are not here to accumulate more knowledge, possessions, or achievements, but to remember who they already are beneath conditioning and separation. This philosophy forms the foundation of everything she creates.
Professionally, Eva is an energy healer, metaphysical counsellor, photographer, filmmaker, storyteller, wilderness guide, and founder of the SoulSafari philosophy. Her work integrates ancient wisdom with emerging understandings of frequency, consciousness, ecology, and embodied transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Metaphysics and has completed numerous qualifications spanning healing, wildlife rehabilitation, tourism, and personal development.
Rather than seeing these disciplines as separate careers, she experiences them as different expressions of one purpose: helping people remember their place within the living ecosystem of Earth.
For more than two decades she has worked within tourism and several years in the African wilderness, building relationships with conservationists, trackers, indigenous communities, researchers, healers, scientists, visionaries, and changemakers.
Through documentary film projects with indigenous peoples including the BaAka rainforest communities and the Bugakhwe of Botswana, she has witnessed both humanity's oldest wisdom and its greatest disconnection.
These experiences fundamentally changed her understanding of healing.
She came to believe that nature is not simply somewhere people visit, but an active participant in restoring psychological, spiritual and physical health. She sees wilderness as one of humanity's oldest medicines.
Eva's work increasingly centres around frequency. She believes that frequency is the medicine of the future—not primarily through external technologies, but through the human being itself. In her view, people are living instruments capable of remembering and embodying coherence, compassion and wholeness.
Rather than teaching fixed systems, she creates experiences that help others reconnect with their own inner knowing.
An ancient vision. A living expression. A future we create together.
Perhaps the greatest journey of humanity is the journey home.
Home to ourselves. Home to one another. Home to the land, the animals and the natural world of which we have always been an integral part.
My own journey of healing and remembering brought me to Africa. It was here, through the wilderness, its animals, ancient forests and encounters with indigenous people, that I began finding my way home.
An indigenous friend once shared something that has stayed with me:
"It is not our vision, but the dream or vision of our ancestors – to bring everybody together again, every colour of Mother Earth's children."
Perhaps this is what I have been searching for all along. Not a new vision to invent, but an ancient longing to remember.
I feel called to contribute to its expression in my own way, through the connections, experiences and opportunities I can help bring into the world.
SoulSafari is my contribution to that remembering.
A bridge between worlds that have become disconnected. Between people and nature, humans and animals, ancient wisdom and modern discoveries, healing and conservation.
A journey towards remembering that we are not separate from nature.
We ARE nature.
Reimagining the purpose of wilderness.
My flagship vision is to establish the world's first HEALING RESERVE – a wilderness reserve dedicated entirely to healing.
Not simply a wellness retreat or a safari lodge with a spa, but a living ecosystem where the healing of people, animals and nature becomes the central purpose.
Imagine clean rivers, healthy ecosystems, abundant wildlife and spaces for deep restoration and reconnection.
A sanctuary where people can spend days, weeks or even months healing; where children who have experienced trauma can rediscover safety through nature and animals; and where therapists, healers, indigenous knowledge holders, scientists and visiting practitioners share their wisdom.
The vision also includes a training academy, developing the next generation of Earth stewards, healing ambassadors and facilitators.
Ultimately, I dream of creating a network of Healing Reserves across Africa and beyond.
Places to heal, learn, belong and rediscover our natural state of wholeness.
Restoring access, belonging and opportunity.
Africa gave me a home. I would love to give something back.
Having worked in the safari industry, I have witnessed how international visitors travel across the world to experience African wilderness, while many local people, especially children, have never had the opportunity to visit the natural treasures surrounding them.
I would love to help change that.
The Wilderness Bus
Minibuses taking local children to beaches, mountains, forests and wildlife reserves.
Pay It Forward Safaris
For every game-drive seat booked by an international visitor, an opportunity is created for a local person or child to experience the wilderness too.
Youth Leadership & Indigenous Knowledge
Supporting workshops, mentorship and indigenous knowledge initiatives for the next generation.
These are my personal heart projects and invitations to collaborate, not assumptions about what others need. The people and communities involved must have a voice in shaping their direction and priorities.
Abundance with purpose. Wealth with meaning.
Abundance can be a powerful force for good when it serves something greater than ourselves.
Resources create possibilities: bringing good people together, nurturing healing spaces, supporting meaningful initiatives and opening doors to opportunities that might otherwise remain out of reach.
Some projects may grow into sustainable businesses. Others may find their support through partnerships, sponsorships, philanthropy or dedicated foundations.
Not everything needs to generate financial returns. Some endeavours create human, social, cultural and ecological wealth that cannot be measured in money.
Abundance is something to cultivate, circulate and share.
May wealth become a means of creating more freedom, generosity and opportunity — while remaining grounded in what truly matters.
I often imagine us as trees.
Rooted in the soil, connected to the earth, reaching towards the sky. Each growing into its fullest expression, yet never separate from the living whole.
We offer shade. We bear fruit. We nourish one another. And the seeds we carry become part of new beginnings.
Perhaps this is what abundance truly means: recognising that we are part of an interconnected whole, and that what we nurture within ourselves ripples out into the world around us.
Wholeness begins within. As we reconnect with ourselves, with one another and with the natural world, we create the conditions for wholeness to emerge around us.
One person finding their way home. One child discovering the wilderness. People coming together to shape a shared future. An ecosystem given the space and care to regenerate.
Not separate achievements, but expressions of the same movement towards belonging, balance and life.
We are not here to leave something behind. We are here to become part of something whole — together, in the here and now.
This vision is at different stages of development. Some ideas are ready to take their first steps; others are longer-term 'dreams' waiting for the right people, partnerships and resources.
I welcome conversations with like-minded individuals, indigenous knowledge holders, landowners, conservationists, healers, filmmakers, podcasters, organisations, investors and philanthropists who feel drawn to contributing to this bigger picture.
Perhaps you have a piece of land, a skill, a connection, an idea or resources that could help bring something to life.
You don't have to share the entire vision. Perhaps there is just one little piece that resonates.
Let's find out what we can create together.
